John grew up in Santa Barbara, CA, and attended college on a baseball scholarship. John graduated with a B/ A Degree from San Diego State University. After an extensive corporate career in National Sales Management for a Fortune 500 Corporation that took them to various locations throughout the United States, John and his wife Chelsea decided to raise their family in Huntington Beach. It was then that John made the career change that allowed his family to remain in the area they had come to love. As a self professed 'work-a-holic', John was able to achieve the highest award First Team Real Estate offers, the 'Hall of Fame Award' after only his second year in the real estate business. This annual achievement continues today.
As a licensed Real Estate Assistant, Chelsea Sullivan works closely with her husband John. Chelsea has a BA in English Literature from Colorado State University.
